Five real-world scenarios for you to consider

These five videos outline five real world scenarios. Listen to the context of each scenario and with the information you are given consider: What dynamic needs attention? What action will you take to address that dynamic?

Then listen to how the scenario played out in real life and reflect on how this is different or similar to what you imagined.

As an alternative to the videos, download this document which outlines the same scenarios in text format. You can print it off and go through them at your leisure.

You can plan out how to approach a collaborative project by using this Collaboration Canvas.

Think of a project you are working on or one that you want to start. Move through the five dynamics and use the questions to prompt a discussion. Record what’s most useful for you and your team. And use the second page to record actions from the discussion.
