How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about our products and services, purchase our products like the Let’s Go CollaborationCards and when you click on links in our emails to our website.

 

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address and information regarding which pages are accessed and when. If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.

  • process orders that you have submitted

  • seek your views or comments

  • record your entries from a web form

  • notify you of changes to our services

  • send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you, for example via our email newsletter The Loop
     

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

We may pass your information to our third-party service providers for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process a payment through our online checkout or store your contact details and send you our email newsletter). When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear on the bottom of your web browser (example Microsoft Internet Explorer)

Transferring your information outside of Europe

As part of the services offered to you through this website, the information which you provide is likely to be transferred to countries outside the European Union (“EU”). Our website platform is provided by the Israeli company Wix. Your personal data will be stored on their servers which are likely to be located within Israel, Europe and the US. However, the data stored will comply with the European Union's GDPR requirements. If, however, Wix fail in their duty as data processors, they will assume the role of data controllers and assume all liabilities for any and all infringements.

We may transit your personal data to outside of the EU and the USA, however this is highly unlikely. If we do this it should be noted that these countries may not have similar data protection laws to the UK. By submitting your personal data, you’re agreeing to this transfer, storing or processing.
