Rich Watkins
Founder
A lifelong collaborator as a scientist, strategist and craftsman of how we work together. Rich spent 20 years at the sharp end of global innovation and org change projects, where he worked in 25 countries and saw significant impact on five continents. In 2016, he created the Let’s Go Model® and with his team works reinvigorating organisations for these complex times. Projects include:
•Reshaping the growth strategy for Ghirardelli and embedding better collaboration at all levels to deliver on it
•Equipping 10K managers at the Bank of China to collaborate across divisions, hierarchies, and externally
•Creating long-lasting, scalable and global leadership training for HSBC
Rich is a TEDx speaker and an executive educator alumni at Duke CE and Emeritus. At Let’s Go he leads a 40 strong global community of practice.
Rachel Nicholson
Operations Lead
Rachel brings her psychology training and administrative background to how we work at Let’s Go. Since 2016 her role has spanned business management, product ownership, project management and supporting our community of Let’s Go practitioners.
Phil Dorman
Partner
Phil loves supporting leaders and teams to adapt and grow to meet the moment. He brings decades building transformational growth programs for global organisations and 15 years living and working across Asia. His coaching and consulting come together at Let’s Go.
Projects include:
•Supporting leaders and teams at Warner Bros Discovery to plot a path through a seismic transformation
•Building leadership courses on strategic decision making, innovative thinking and building powerful partnerships
•Supporting CFOs at some of the UKs high-growth start-ups
Phil is a CoActive coach and former director at global strategy consultancy ?What If! Innovation.
Tamsin Kendrick
At Let's Go from 2015-2016, Tamsin helped us with projects for Cancer Research UK, Tetrapak and Cafe Direct. She went on to build a brilliant career in consulting as a creative problem solver across brand, behaviour and cultural change challenges.
Steph Orme
Steph worked at Let's Go as a researcher and project manager in 2016 as the Let's Go Model emerged. She left to establish herself as a leadership coach and came back in 2022-2023 as a consultant, including the creation of the Making Better Meetings toolkit.
Chris Trantom
Chris joined Let's Go as a consultant in 2016 and was pivotal in the creation of our two most popular tools - the Collaboration Cards and the Team Check - as well as working with clients. He left in 2018 and has since established himself as a lead consultant with &Us.
Dan Dowman
Dan joined at a pivotal point in his career and in our journey. From 2016 to 2019 he was the driving force behind our brand, comms and tech - as well as being a consulting powerhouse for Cancer Research UK and Lindt (UK & USA). He is now a culture coach and the founder of Anthem.
