Collaboration Leadership
An 8 week leadership development practice-journey to transform how you get things done.

"I had the pleasure of working with Rich as part of a Leadership development and coaching program. I found Rich to be adaptable to individual leadership needs, and I was particularly impressed by his ability to quickly understand business context and the quality of his coaching questions"

We achieve our most significant work alongside others. But sometimes collaboration can feel messy and confusing. In this increasingly dynamic, demanding and connected world, how can we get collaboration right?

Collaboration Leadership is a coached leadership practice journey that can transform how you approach every collaboration. Across 4 online sessions over 8 weeks, you will leave with crystal clear ideas and tried and tested tools. You will build confidence and clarity as you approach getting things done in collaboration. Accompanied by peers you will be applying everything to your work between sessions as you navigate the complexities of the real world.

These frameworks and tools have been tried and tested in leading organisations globally, including:

"I was lucky enough to be selected to attend the Collaborative Leadership course and it changed the way I work and think about working with others dramatically. The mindset shift about working with others alone is such a great benefit, but the tools you're given and techniques you get take you even further. "

Zak K  – Sr Director, Cybersecurity Incident Response

"This course made a really positive difference… I appreciated the straightforward and interactive approach… I’ve been using the tools to examine myself and the collaborative projects I’m involved with; my self-awareness has increased significantly. "

SVP – Global media company

Taking you from: Collaboration platitudes > to: Collaboration leadership

From: “I say collaboration is vital and it is – but what does that really mean in practice for my teams?”

To: “I have tools for looking at any collaborative situation (however complex and difficult) and always finding a productive intervention to move things forwards.”

Learning outcomes

  • I can see how collaboration plays out in practice: cross functional working, team leadership and forming powerful partnerships

  • I can diagnose what is going well/badly in any collaboration –
related to the work itself and interpersonal dynamics

  • I can reliably find powerful conversations and other interventions
that transform situations for the better

  • I have applied everything into the real situations where I work, and learned from practice

  • I have a plan for elevating my own collaboration leadership that is rooted in my own style and context
